To farm The Countess in Diablo 2 Resurrected, after you find her location, just defeat her, then save and exit. Once you return to the game, all of the enemies you've slain should come back, including her. The reason why you should farm her is that she drops Runes like nobody's business, as we've mentioned above. So, it's a great way to get a bunch of Runes early on.
